My friend had to send a payment to me but he mistakenly sent it to the wrong number, the number in question wasn't yet subscribed to the application. Unfortunately Lydia doesn't enable you to cancel a payment (even if the receiver doesn't have an account!!). So the mistaken receiver could receive a kind invitation to subscribe and take my money!! I am very disappointed by that lack of security

Hi,
When you send money to a phone number, it's important de check if it's the right number. If you send it to a number not linked to a Lydia account, if the receiver doesn't do anything, the transaction is automatically cancelled after 8 days.

UPDATE Following recent change to Sumeria! This is the worst change in UX/UI ever ! The new UI is not practical at all, without tabs it's hard to navigate. Why is there a useless big card in the center now???! Plus it's not optimised/fluid.... Please keep the new color scheme if you want, but go back to the latest Lydia version with great UX/UI.

The service is great, but the new app looks so much worse than the original Lydia. And what is it with the ugly logo? I am sorry, but you should be proud of how good your product is, because I will keep using it even despote the "update" which is actually a huge visual downgrade.
What's new
Lydia Accounts becomes Sumeria. A new name, with a legacy, and a new design, for a new era. For the creation of a European banking institution, and a simple, safe, and free online account, for you.
